Et apr\u00e8s cinq essais infructueux, le probl\u00e8me devient encore plus compliqu\u00e9 : <strong>le moteur se met en s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p><h3>Ah\u2026 la catastrophe !<\/h3>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-541b3b2 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"541b3b2\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3472765 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3472765\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">Les moteurs de volets roulants disposent d&rsquo;une s\u00e9curit\u00e9 destin\u00e9e \u00e0 \u00e9viter leur <strong>surchauffe<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Lorsque les essais de r\u00e9glage se multiplient, le moteur peut donc finir par se bloquer automatiquement. Il faut alors attendre son refroidissement avant de pouvoir recommencer.<\/p><p>Et lorsque les but\u00e9es sont tr\u00e8s \u00e9loign\u00e9es de leur position correcte, un autre ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne peut compliquer encore les choses : modifier fortement la but\u00e9e haute peut \u00e9galement avoir une incidence sur la but\u00e9e basse.<\/p><p>Bref, apr\u00e8s plusieurs essais, on peut rapidement se retrouver dans une situation o\u00f9 <strong>plus rien ne va comme pr\u00e9vu<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Et c&rsquo;est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment l\u00e0 que je me suis retrouv\u00e9.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-47dac8a e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"47dac8a\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f4284e2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f4284e2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Comment r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer un volet dont les but\u00e9es sont perdues ?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2c526e3 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"2c526e3\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-07376c8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"07376c8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">N&rsquo;ayant pas obtenu de solution de la hotline, il fallait trouver une autre m\u00e9thode.<\/p><p>L&rsquo;id\u00e9e consiste \u00e0 <strong>d\u00e9crocher le volet du moteur<\/strong>, puis \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer approximativement combien de tours sont n\u00e9cessaires pour remonter compl\u00e8tement le tablier.<\/p><h3>1. D\u00e9crocher le volet<\/h3><p>Heureusement, sur mon installation, cette op\u00e9ration est relativement simple.<\/p><p>Une fois le volet d\u00e9croch\u00e9, le moteur peut fonctionner sans avoir \u00e0 entra\u00eener le tablier.<\/p><h3>2. Estimer le nombre de tours n\u00e9cessaires<\/h3><p>Je mesure d&rsquo;abord approximativement la longueur de volet correspondant \u00e0 <strong>un tour de rembobinage<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Dans mon cas, cela repr\u00e9sente environ <strong>30 cm par tour<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Mon volet mesure environ <strong>2,10 m<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Un petit calcul permet donc d&rsquo;estimer le nombre de tours n\u00e9cessaires :<\/p><p><strong>2,10 m \u00f7 0,30 m \u2248 7 tours<\/strong><\/p><p>Par s\u00e9curit\u00e9, je d\u00e9cide de partir sur une base de <strong>6 tours<\/strong>.<\/p><h3>3. Faire un rep\u00e8re sur le rouleau<\/h3><p>Je fais alors un rep\u00e8re au feutre sur le rouleau.<\/p><p>Le moteur peut ensuite rembobiner \u00e0 vide vers le haut, puis redescendre.<\/p><p>En comptant les tours, le rep\u00e8re permet de savoir pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on se situe.<\/p><h3>4. Reconstituer une position de d\u00e9part<\/h3><p>Une fois le nombre de tours connu, je peux utiliser la <strong>cl\u00e9 Allen de r\u00e9glage<\/strong> pour remonter progressivement le \u00ab volet virtuel \u00bb.<\/p><p>Gr\u00e2ce au rep\u00e8re, je sais de combien le rouleau a tourn\u00e9.<\/p><p>L&rsquo;objectif est de se rapprocher progressivement de la position correspondant au volet compl\u00e8tement remont\u00e9.<\/p><p>Et l\u00e0, on a d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait un grand pas vers la solution !<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4fb5a4c e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"4fb5a4c\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div ensuite le r\u00e9glage avec la t\u00e9l\u00e9commande<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4d40520 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"4d40520\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a4109ff elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a4109ff\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">Une fois cette position de d\u00e9part retrouv\u00e9e, je peux remettre le moteur en fonctionnement normal et utiliser la t\u00e9l\u00e9commande.<\/p><p>Je compte alors les tours de remont\u00e9e et j&rsquo;affine progressivement la <strong>but\u00e9e haute<\/strong> avec la cl\u00e9 de r\u00e9glage.<\/p><p>L&rsquo;objectif est \u00e9galement de retrouver une position suffisamment favorable pour pouvoir <strong>raccrocher correctement le tablier au rouleau<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8c73841 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"8c73841\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e391058 elementor-widget basse<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-837fada e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"837fada\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e3fafbd elementor-widget class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-pm-slice=\"1 1 []\">ne fois le volet raccroch\u00e9, il ne reste plus qu&rsquo;\u00e0 effectuer la finition du r\u00e9glage.<\/p><p>Les <strong>but\u00e9es haute et basse<\/strong> peuvent alors \u00eatre r\u00e9gl\u00e9es conform\u00e9ment aux indications du fabricant et au manuel du volet.<\/p><p>Ce qui semblait compl\u00e8tement bloqu\u00e9 peut finalement \u00eatre r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-545005e elementor-widget
